Dennis did a beautiful gut renovation of my 1974 Singer Island condo. We worked closely with a wonderful designer, Kellly Callahan, to create a Zen-like, peaceful atmosphere. I was included as part of the team and the three months of preparation and three months of work produced gorgeous results.
